Location: Houston, Texas territory (surrounding suburbs are fine)
Hours: This is an on-call, as needed position. There is no guarantee of set number of hours each week

Pay: $31.66-$34.00/hour paid every Friday (unknown until 1st submission)
Contract Length: 09/21/2020 to 12/31/2020 (extension and permanent placement based on attendance and performance)

Overview:
  • The role of the Enroller is a critical one to the success of our business.
  • The primary function of the Enroller is to:
    • Conduct world class enrollment events that differentiate *** from our competitors
    • Conduct presentations for employees to help explain their healthcare benefits available through *** HealthCare
    • Create a highly satisfying and positive experience for our customers with knowledge, competence and professionalism
    • Answer employee questions during and after events
    • Trouble shoot any enrollment or benefit problems
    • Successfully introduce or re-educate *** HealthCare benefit programs to all potential and existing customers
  • Other duties include:
    • Communicate to Event Manager available schedule on an ongoing basis, Inform Enrollment Event Manager of any schedule changes
    • Inform Event Manager within 24 hours their ability to conduct a requested enrollment event
    • Call each local client contact to verify meeting date, meeting time, get directions, verify client expectations and verify materials arrived
    • Review materials prior to an event and be completely prepared
Skills:
  • Willing to work on an on call basis.
  • Must have email, cell phone and facsimile access
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to staff events on short notice
  • Willing to drive within defined geographic territory.
  • Life and Health License required
  • Health Insurance background a plus
  • Local market knowledge
  • Bilingual capabilities required
  • Strong Presentation and PowerPoint Skills
  • Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass 7-year county background check and urine drug screen (medical marijuana cards approved)
