Data Analyst
Duration: 1-year contract

The data analyst will be responsible for building, reporting and dashboards, and act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience with building data pipelines and dashboards and will be comfortable working through ambiguity by using data. Responsible for developing and translating computer algorithms into prototype code and maintaining, organizing, and identifying trends in large data sets. This candidate will need a good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimism and experience with processing and interpreting data sets. This individual will build and launch efficient & reliable data pipelines to move and transform data, create scripts to automate operational processes and work cross-functionally.   • Run SQL queries, data extract and automation opportunities for project team to improve efficiency. Assist in solution testing, debugging and documentation and system issue support.
  • Drive the build of the analytics that support the different aspects of the Agile Transformation
  • Data architecture, data modeling and schema design skills
  • Craft optimal data processing architecture and systems for new data and ETL pipelines
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to determine strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture
  • Provide documentation of queries/inbound for future data infrastructure builds and future requirement
  • Help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in an enterprise analytics solution
  • Get a deep understanding of business rules and transformations logic used by various groups within the company
  • Familiarity with data documentation including metadata management
  • Proven experience dealing with business rules as they pertain to data compliance
  • Minimum BA/BS in a technical field (STEM) or applicable experience in a similar field
