Data Analyst

The data analyst will be responsible for building, reporting and dashboards, and act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience with building data pipelines and dashboards and will be comfortable working through ambiguity by using data driven insights. You are responsible for delivering analytics, maintaining dashboards and pipelines that uncover unique, people-centric insights. You will use large-scale data analysis and machine learning to retrieve actionable insights for enhancing current systems.   • Run SQL queries, data extract and automation opportunities for project team to improve efficiency. Assist in solution testing, debugging and documentation and system issue support.
  • Big Data Modeling experience with multidimensional schema design
  • Understanding of large-scale Data Warehousing
  • Understanding of key statistical concepts for experimental data analysis
  • Ability to turn vague concepts and asks into well-documented and effective SQL models and data visualizations
  • Design, build and launch new data extraction, transformation and loading processes in production.
  • Ensure data quality with appropriate documentation and compliance with business rules
  • Validate quality of data through functional testing
  • Use statistical modeling and machine learning to extract insights on fleet usage, trends, performance
  • Knowledge of Sql/Mysql
  • ETL familiarity
  • Strong statistical background
  • Minimum BA/BS in a technical field (STEM) or applicable experience in a similar field
