L&D Infrastructure Program Manager
The L&D Infrastructure Program Manager will support the Head of L&D Infrastructure to improve the scalability,
capability and efficiency of the organization.

  • Lead demand planning, scheduling and session tracking for in-person and virtual learning experiences.
  • Lead vendor management for current and new vendors, work directly with Vendors.
  • Lead data and reporting initiatives including program health, dashboards, reporting and data piping.
  • Support day-to-day operations to drive team performance, efficiency, and visibility.
  • Develop and enhance technology tools and tech-enabled processes.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives including implementation and change management.
  • Recognize and propose solutions for organizational inefficiency and pain points.
  • Provide support on quarterly processes, including creating and managing goal setting templates.
  • Manage and deliver ad hoc initiatives.

  • Work independently and also through strong partnership with colleagues in L&D Infrastructure, L&D Programs
  • Teams, Learning Partners, HR Sourcing & Procurement, L&D Leads, L&D International, People Data, People
  • Engineering and Learning Operations & Technology.
  • Bring in the right stakeholders (with guidance) to appropriate work streams to ensure cross-team alignment
  • while also driving to results.
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across
  • multiple projects and teams.
  • Communicate key information, milestones, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain integrity across all project deliverables.

Competencies Required
  • 8+ years' experience in strategy and operations, data and analytics, consulting, learning and development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience providing practical business insights from often incomplete data sets
  • Fast learner & self-starter
  • Project management experience leading complex projects end to end
  • Experience defining requirements for, building and/or implementing technology-based tools & processes
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL, experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in gSuite, especially Google Slides and Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, with careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines for ad hoc requests.
  • Education
  • ● BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • ***NOTE: work is global in nature so candidate needs to be flexible to be able to accommodate APAC and EMEA time zones for meetings as needed.
