Schedule: M-F, full-time (40 hours); W2, 6+ month contract

  • Handle all aspects of a project life-cycle for the company.
  • Responsible for initiating programs, documenting requirements, following their progress, and providing on-going support throughout the project.
  • Develop effective schedules and suggest action items to successfully complete the project. Ensure the project meets deadlines and is completed within budget.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: internal and external partners, workers and outside vendors to prioritize work based on impact and drive strong execution
  • Track project dependencies and issues; and propose and implement solutions in a prompt manner. Provide expertise for escalated quality problems and anticipate bottlenecks in the project life-cycle.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and other stakeholders and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently.
  • Identify project impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements.
  • Define strategies, regularly participate in executive meetings to present their progress, and share project information with other professionals in their organization.
  • Drive new products and features through the planning and development process and gather and create requirements and specifications.
  • Bachelors or Masters from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager managing complex projects or programs from inception to completion or production.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale projects.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
  • Experience working and communicating with various cross-functional teams to develop systems, solutions, and products and establishing relationships across teams in different time zones.
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
  • Ability to drive results in a highly matrixed and relationship based organization
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
