Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duration: project through 7/31/2020 with the opportunity for an extension!

Job Description:
We are looking for a Provider Relations Associate Analyst to join our team and be accountable for outreaching to healthcare professionals to validate, extend appropriate contracting materials, obtain and load data using multiple outreach methods including telephonic and email. This role will be responsible for placing outbound calls to healthcare professionals and developing/maintaining a positive relationship with the office staff extending high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate good critical thinking skills, and be able to learn and apply quickly in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities:
  • Phone calls are predominantly routine and have a set target daily goal and may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures based on project specific requirements.
  • Candidate must log data into multiple systems while on calls.
  • Candidates will have monthly performance and attendance goals.
  • Coordinates provider interactions with Network Development and Competitive Insights Team and Matrix Partners as necessary.

  • Receive a list via excel spreadsheet, research list using various tools, make initial outreach, analyze data to determine if provider data is valid or invalid, follow up and conduct any necessary conversations with provider to collect missing data, and/or track inbound paperwork using various tools to ensure provider is properly loaded to the network.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Basic testing scores required
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and with staff and management team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Minimum of one year call center experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrate good critical thinking skills and able to solve problems
  • Able to learn and apply quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization
  • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
