Duration: Project through 11/13/20 with opportunity for extension/conversion based on performance!

  • Design for products with complex infrastructure (e.g. e-commerce back-end systems)
  • Navigate enterprise-level systems with complex eco-systems that demand alignment cross-team and cross-organization
  • Design for products with rapid iteration and ability to design for many milestones
  • Simplify complex technical and organizational problems into simple and flexible designs.
  • Work closely to align with product managers, engineers and cross-functional partners on a common story that solves a user and business problems
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch (and then some)

  • At least 6 years of experience working in product design.
  • Experience with building and shipping e-commerce applications or software and/or online ads products desired
  • Excellent communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions)
  • Strategic system-level thinker experienced in influencing product strategy and vision (not just how a product experience should feel, but what we should actually build and why)
  • Must have a portfolio featuring strong examples of interaction, product thinking, and visual design quality work
  • Some experience with front-end programming (the ability to code up a simple web site and/or an application)

Bachelor's degree – Product Design/UX or similar.
Portfolio required
