Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, ability to have some flexibility in making early morning or evening calls if needed.

Pay Rate:  $40.00-$50.00/hour paid every Friday [unsure until first submission]
Contract Length: 03/02/2020 to 08/07/2020 (extension and permanent placement based on attendance and performance)

Reasoning: Global Integration - Client  Integration Own the E2E Business Readiness for all call and claim processes – globally
Overview:
  • The Global Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach towards introducing organizational change as a result of modifications in technology solutions and processes.   
  • This individual will be responsible for guiding teams and individuals through the change by recognizing the organizational impact, communicating with organizational leads and instituting practices that ensure effective execution and adherence.   
  • The successful candidate in this position will have global work experience and a desire to work in a culturally diverse organization. 
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key business partners across the Global and US domestic organizations to serving as a bridge connecting the dots across the *** *** key deliverables for the Global business
  • Lead and implement the change and business readiness initiatives related to migration to *** *** and its’ related processes and technologies
  • Engage with key business partners to gain understanding of organizational impact of changes resulting from Global projects
  • Conduct organizational design assessments, establish necessary as-is documentation and to-be modeling, identifying what is changing
  • Direct and manage a team of business change analysts
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Establish, manage and report change plans; identifying and mitigating risks and deliverables. 
  • Design communication plans specific to targeted stakeholder groups and develop communications that are accurate and effective for appropriate audiences. 
  • Implement and manage financial performance reporting outcomes
  • Support and coach front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transition
  • Oversee the design and development of relevant reference and educational materials; training aids and other documentation. 
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure adequate controls are in place for the review and signoff of new processes.
  • Design, develop and implement metrics that provide evidence of implementation effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development of business process improvements, including standards and processes and stakeholder impacts and pain points.
  • Communicate with and influence matrix partners to ensure goals and targets are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to pass 7-year county background check and urine drug screen.
