Seeking a EDI Systems Analyst to assist a Global Trade Operations & Logistics department in Dublin, OH! Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Ensures all automated transactional integrations with trading partners align with internal standards of data governance, including that of transportation service providers, data aggregators and internal IT systems
• This specific role will be centered on data governance and trade systems integrations
• Oversight of EDI trading partner management within the global supply chain trade systems, to include data quality, spec adherence and interface troubleshooting
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to enhance and/or troubleshoot freight pay system and other areas impacted by trade data
• Perform data analysis using intermediate-to-advanced using MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Developer, Tableau, Aleteryx
• In-depth knowledge of EDI X12 transaction sets including but not limited to the EDI 301, 304, 310, 315, 214, 856
• Serve as super user of Amber Road, as well as overall relationship owner
• Act as a subject matter expert to identify key insights and trends to help drive strategic recommendations within trade systems
• Implement KPI's to measure data quality, especially shipment milestones
• Drives improvement in freight pay system relating to data quality
• Communicate and present findings to the senior leadership in Global Trade
• Experience in defining, designing and implementing innovative solutions
• Lead implementation of standard processes and procedures to minimize the risk to data integrity, as well as define remediation plans to mitigate known data risks


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: $30 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6-9 months
