Responsibilities
Build tools and infrastructure to support the team's data collection/analysis needs
Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to develop frameworks
Design and develop solutions for real world problems and integrate/automate solutions for AR/VR EHS's and AR/VR Team Ops needs.

Required Skills:
4+ years of professional experience in PHP (or Hacklang) and SQL (must have both)
1+ years of experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON
1+ experience in React JS, Relay, GraphQL
Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Mercurial, Git
Ability to assess, analyze and resolve issues using data, and distill that complexity into business insights
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with big data technologies such as Hive, Spark, or Presto
Ability to understand and decompose requirements to create robust technical solutions
Familiarity with best practices for data management:
Creating/Accessing/Updating data
Storing data in different locations
Structuring it for use/output in/from applications
Data privacy & security
Archival, retention, and disaster recovery (can be important if you are working with finance data, or PII).


Desired Skills:
Ability to assess, analyze and resolve issues using data, and distill that complexity into business insights
Experience building interactive dashboards using Tableau, Qlikview, or similar Business Intelligence tools
Experience with Python, Shell scripting (e.g. BASH) a plus
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work autonomously, set agendas and prioritize work with minimal input
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
Experience developing applications on no-code platforms (AppSheet)
Familiarity using Google Suite (Forms, Sheets, API access, etc.) and/or Data Studio

Day to Day Expectations:
