SUMMARY
Provide world-class customer service to account holders through resolving problems which includes the following but is not limited to: website navigation, debit card declines, transaction and balance information, and basic HSA education. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as HSA Bank policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain full coverage for the main telephone line the company. Provide assistance for the 800 customer service lines
  • Process scanning and indexing of customer documentation and customer returned mail in a responsible, timely and accurate manner
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills with an ability to input the record storage box manifests into excel spreadsheets 
  • Ability to upload and transfer files
  • Resolve problems which includes the following but is not limited to: website navigation, debit card declines, transaction and balance information, and basic HSA education
  • Prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Consistently meet/exceed all customer service standards
  • Model behavior consistent with Operations customer service standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines: copier, fax, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
No testing required, it will be done on-site at the time of the interview 

There will be 6 weeks of classroom training before they will go out on the floor
Ideal candidate:
• Go getter, has a great personality
• Someone with sales experience
• Someone who has worked in a call center in the past
• Someone who is savvy with systems (will be working in 40 different systems)
• Degree is not necessary but preferred
