GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sourcer engages as a strategic business partner with the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, hiring managers and human resource managers to align company goals, strategies, and tactics to identify and secure active and passive talent. The Sourcer performs all aspects of sourcing including: strategy discussions with hiring managers and recruiters, sourcing from a variety of channels, and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sources candidates from job boards and other sources according to relevant job criteria to achieve weekly interview and hiring metrics.
• Acts as an internal consultant for hiring managers to facilitate discussion on market trends, changes and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinates with Recruiters and Specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for the candidate.
• Acts as a subject matter expert to educate Recruiters and Hiring Managers on available talent, changes in the industry, and candidate perception of the company.
• Research and evaluate new creative sourcing methods and avenues to stay competitive in the hiring market.
• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Sources quality candidates through various media, events, and job boards.
• Pursues opportunities to refine and improve processes by identifying potential trends and issues.
• Develops a qualified and diverse pipeline within the ATS system that can be utilized by the entire Talent Acquisition Team.
• Adhere to and execute against the Talent Acquisition KPI's.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or participation in a college level curriculum/program.
• 3+ years of corporate sourcing and/or agency staffing experience or 5+ years of other Human Resources professional experience that has included recruiting and sourcing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, Monster and Social Recruiting.
• Boolean search methods and search operators for Google, Yahoo, Bing.
• Experience with CRM's as well as Applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills and both oral and written communication skills.
• Relationship building skills with business partners, hiring managers, and leaders.
• Initiative and creativity to suggest ideas that improve the team's ability to meet/exceed hiring objectives.
• Demonstrated drive and a high expectation for delivering exceptional business partner relationships.
• Experience with change management and the ability to be flexible in work style and responsibility.
• Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, MS word, excel, applicant tracking systems).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Retail sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
