Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Pay: $16.00/Hr
Location: 1800 E. Imperial Highway, Brea, CA 92821
Schedule: Normal Business Hours, M-F

Job Description:
  • Coordinates technical and administrative support functions
  • Gathers and coordinates statistical data, prepares summary reports, maintains support procedures, and coordinates administration of department function(s) with other areas
  • Provides clerical/secretarial support as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for internal/external contacts
  • Organizational skills for project coordination
  • Ability to operate personal computer and related business software and have a a strong knowledge of Office practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of intermediate mathematics, office filing systems and record keeping procedures
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Undergraduate studies preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or insurance industry preferred
  • Four years in general office environment that includes writing, proofreading, mathematics and data analysis, and personal computing and corresponding software
