Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the relationship with key internal business stakeholders (GTO service/claims organization)
  • Help identify and recommend program evolution and changes to best address business needs and increased efficiency/effectiveness
  • Design questionnaires, commission, and work with partners to execute research studies
  • Work with partners to develop key actionable insights from commissioned research, work through potential implications
  • Partner with US Marketing Science VoC Directo to leverage best practices

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing research experience, preferably in NPS/VoC/CX work
  • Strong communication/collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving diagnosis (i.e., asking scoping questions to understand what the business partner needs, as opposed to the information they want)
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to translate data and learnings into actionable recommendations
