Job Description:
The Messenger Kids art team is looking for a Content Deployment Coordinator to join the cross-functional team focused on developing and shipping best-in-class creative expressions for the Messenger Kids app. The Content Deployment Coordinator will establish and maintain operational procedures and tools for the creative team(s), aligning closely with Art, Engineering & Marketing stakeholders to ensure the timely deployment of creative assets into the product. This role requires tactical precision, organizational excellence, and technical prowess.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product, Art & Marketing teams to execute publishing strategy
  • Maintain deployment tools and partner with Engineers to maintain/improve upon these tools
  • Thoroughly QA all components of artwork in product; identify and escalate bugs related to art
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to troubleshoot any reported issues involving art
  • Create and maintain technical parameters for targeted art deployment
  • Diligently maintain deployment schedule for all art assets across strategic demographics
  • Own and execute targeted promotions, including the uploading of art assets via deployment tools, coordination with copywriters, facilitation of foreign language translations, device-gating, age-gating and region-gating
  • Notify key stakeholders through internal broadcast tools when new artwork is ready to test a/o deploy
  • Anticipate and respond on short notice to developing cultural events that affect art publishing/deployment
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed, organized documentation of all launched and depricated artwork
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
  • Point of contact between Product, Art & Marketing team when facilitating communication/deploying effects
  • Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment related issues while communicating to cross-functional teams throughout the process
  • Ability to take direction and input to recommend effective strategies that improve workflow, innovative and will achieve team goals
  • Engage in strategic discussions to identify problems, measure and improve the quality of workflows
