Location: 530 Great Circle Road, Nashville, TN
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Start: 12/2/2019
Pay: $18-$20 an hour, paid every Friday!

Duties:
  • Responsible for intake, processing of oral and possibly written grievances
  • Conducts root cause analysis as needed
  • Creates an action plan, coordinating and communicating resolutions
  • Documents systems in detail with case notes related to Customer grievances
 
Skills:
  • Ability to track and manage case load effectively in call tracking system
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure related to tight time-frame
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and the ability to pick-up and work in multiple computer systems is required
  •  
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience within the health insurance industry required
  • Prior Medicare Advantage background preferred
  • Call center, Grievances or Appeals department experience preferred
 
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
