Customer Service Associate Representative

Address: 1640 Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75093
Hours: Monday-Friday, hours of operation: 7:00AM-7:00PM. Overtime when approved by team lead.
Training: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM for 3-4 weeks.
Pay Rate: $15.84/hour paid every Friday 
Contract Length: 12/02/2019 to 12/02/2020 (possible extension based on attendance and performance)
Openings: 18

Duties:
  • Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies.
  • Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
  • Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.
  • Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing.
  • Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.
  • May seek assistance with complex customer services issues.
  • *Perfect Attendance is a must during the training class*

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two to five years of customer service experience preferred.
