Seeking a Customer Order Representative to assist a distribution center in Whitestone, NY! This role is with a Fortune 100 global healthcare company that genuinely tries to generate the most cost-effective care for patients. The company provides medical products, pharmaceuticals, and cost-effective solutions, connecting patients, providers, payers, pharmacists, and manufacturers for integrated care coordination and better patient management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handles approximately 50+ inbound calls per day
• Handles dropship orders

Skills/Qualifications:

• Call center or customer service experience
• Data entry experience
• AS/400, Salesforce, and Excel experience preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 40 hours per week
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months, conversion based on performance
Start Date: ASAP
