Customer Experience Program BSA Job Description

The Position:

The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst (IT BSA) will be responsible for working closely with our partners across Channel Operations and Contract Operations teams and within IT to understand and help shape the strategic drivers and tactical needs to successfully deliver an experience that is intuitive, scalable, and stable.

The IT Business Systems Analyst will be supporting projects in the Customer Experience Program, experience at Senior level is required.
  • Guide business in creation of use cases through analysis
  • Design thinking
  • Plan and lead requirements & design workshops
  • Analyze and document current & to-be processes as well as PMM required deliverables
  • Create product backlog (user stories/acceptance criteria)
  • Work with IT (Tech Lead & QA Lead) to provide requirements for schedule/budget estimations and resourcing
  • Assist UAT Lead in creation of UAT test scripts
  • Transition to Operational Support
  • Great communication and teamwork skills with ability to work with some challenging personalities. Ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Work closely with Project Manager, Technical Lead, Developers, Software Quality Assurance Lead to accomplish a successful project delivery, focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • Conduct 1:1 or group interviews and job shadowing
  • Keep management apprised of developments through clear and timely communication

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, systems design, or equivalent field
  • Post-graduate work in a related field preferred

Qualifications:
  • 8+ experience analyzing business requirements and support information systems projects
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrated excellence in analysis, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skills
  • Pharma, Life sciences industry, pharma sales data, and commercial business and process (e.g. incentive compensation) knowledge preferred
  • Project planning experience beneficial
  • Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk
  • Experience with Agile methodology
