Tailored Management is seeking a Product Manager to work onsite at our client's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis.   • Create our growth strategy and then iterate on it as we scale to billions of people across the world.
  • Work with teams of engineers, designers, scientists, and researchers on the company's hardest problems to create meaningful experiences and connections at incredible scale that help us fulfill our mission.
  • Product Managers that are entrepreneurial, technical, and highly analytical to innovate and execute across important products.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Understand product’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. 

  • Product development and/or testing experience.
  • Product management or product design experience. 
  • ​Experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups.
  • Experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products.
  • Experience designing user interfaces.
  • Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired.
  • Experience working in startups / successful entrepreneurial adventures and/or working in a global company/environment highly desired.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
  • Organizational and analytical experience.
  • Good project/product management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in the primary market language and English.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience.
  • Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and in the future.
