The Program Management Senior Analyst is responsible for intellectualizing, planning, executing and supporting knowledge management activities and processes within the *** organization. This Senior Analyst will partner with and supports various business areas within *** to develop training content, plans, and tools to ensure that the information needs of the organization are met in a timely, effective and efficient manner.     • Training & education library/documentation inventory
    • Coordinate with Operations Leads on processes and training & education, audit  preparation, mock audits, and data readiness
    • Fosters the utilization of the training & education solutions through communication and practice
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience working within KM. Preference given to candidates utilizing a KM repository platform.
  • Proficient in E-Learning/Distant Learning technologies such as Captivate, Storyboarding, Camtasia Studio, Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline or others.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Recognized professional KM certification (SLA, KM Institute, or KM Pro) or willingness to obtain *** Knowledge Management Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to clearly convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences; able to articulate points clearly and concisely; able to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes and making recommendations.
  • Passionate commitment to the customer through the delivery of highly efficient business processes requiring KM decisions.
  • Able to work effectively within cross-functional Knowledge Management teams, other project teams within Operating Effectiveness and business and information technology stakeholders.
  • Flexible and able to manage competing and changing priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate training:
  • Facilitate job specific new hire and soft skills training programs using proven techniques to increase retention and engage and motivate participants
  • Facilitate ongoing training to introduce new products or services, teach new workflows or processes, and refresh or develop advanced skills
  • Partner with *** to facilitate enterprise-wide programs and programs developed in partnership with ***
  • Manage delivery of courses and programs utilizing *** learning management system
 
Conduct training needs assessment
  • Work in collaboration with management, subject matter experts, project managers, and other instructional designers to identify job specific learning and performance needs
  • Assess performance of participants to measure the development and ability to apply skills and knowledge
  • Perform ongoing evaluations of training program effectiveness, creating and implementing work plans to address any needs identified
Develop training content and tools  
  • Update existing and create new course content based on business needs and ongoing evaluation of training program effectiveness
  • Create job aides and other training tools to address ongoing needs and incorporate these tools into existing programs where appropriate
