Our client, a leader in the Social Media and Networking industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to build business intelligence (BI) dashboards for the SP&O function leveraging data. This person will deliver workable and efficient dashboards, automated reports, scattergrams, bar charts, pie charts, etc. in Unidash and/or Tableau to enable goals and business performance tracking for the Media Partnerships organization.

  • Design, develop and maintain BI and reporting solutions (e.g. reports, dashboards and self-service solutions) to provide better insights into data and enable goals tracking
  • Work with stakeholders to understand, interpret and analyze business needs and turn these requirements into value-add BI/reporting solutions
  • Unit test reports to verify that it meets the business requirements and the data is accurate
  • Identify, analyze and troubleshoot data issues, exceptions and discrepancies
  • Aggregate data from multiple data sources in an efficient manner
  • Support efforts to ensure data quality, integrity and security
  • Provide support on data and data platform related issues
  • Monitor performance and completion of automated processes and jobs


  • 5+ years of work experience in Analytics, or 3+ years experience with MBA/Master's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL
  • 1+ years' experience building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Unidash, Tableau)
  • Experience with a scripting/templating language; Python, JavaScript, JINJA
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (ex. Salesforce, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM)

*Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, finance, analytics or business. Equivalent work experience with SQL/BI/report development may be substituted for education.
