Part Time Creative Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for shepherding incoming creative and communication requests through the creative process to ensure work in on strategy, on budget, on time, and without errors. 

Pay: $22.06
Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week within normal business hours. 
Location: Mason, OH

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining master creative job number list so incoming requests get a unique identifier that will be used to organize deliverables, track time for freelancers, and reporting as needed. 
  • Act as primary administrator of our enterprise project management system, Wrike. This is included but not limited to: 
    • Setting up new projects using our template system
    • Assuring that briefs are submitted and matched with project job numbers
    • Maintaining timelines, including shifts that occur due to changing priorities
    • Archiving and pruning the project list as needed to ensure an accurate project landscape
  • Serve as primary, day to day contact for internal and external clients about project timelines, status and changes requested
  • Package up final deliverables and send out document link to internal/external clients for review/delivery
  • Maintaining a list of which staff/freelancers are working on which projects
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers to relay key project status information
  • Coordinate review meetings with internal and external clients of creative work for their projects
  • Document requested changes to work or ensure that the client has submitted a change order request
  • Conduct traffic meetings throughout the week to check in on the status of current projects and reprioritize activities as necessary in conjunction with management to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Understand timelines and resources as well as how they interact with new project requests coming in, as well as how to flex when project conditions change
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 or 4 year degree
  • Project management or account management experience
  • Familiarity with Wrike or other digital project management software helpful but not necessary
