Indirect Procurement Analyst

Seeking an Indirect Procurement Analyst  to assist a patient data project in Dublin, OH! Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work with large amounts of data, completing analysis and validation
  • Utilizes basic communication skills to talk with customers, clients, and suppliers of all levels and titles
  • Responds to client and customer questions as it relates to the data
  • Follows general service and quality level guidelines
  • Maintains reporting tools and metric tracking systems by continually updating data
  • Compares current performance to service level expectations and agreements and takes steps to address any disparities
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality and to company success by adopting new/revised established practices
Skills/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree in Business or related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field 
  • Able to work in a team environment and be supervised by others
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
  • QAD MFG/PRO experience preferred
  • Purchasing or planning background preferred
  • Inventory skills such as working with a supplier for consignment inventory, preferred
Schedule: Weekdays, 40 hours per week
Pay: $19 per hour
Contract Length: 5 months, until the end of 2019
