General Clerk Representative
Duties include but are not limited to performing general clerical operations. The candidate must be able to retrieve data from a claim system que and respond to requests from our business partners. Perform basic document preparation, involving date entry, scanning documents and uploading them to our claim systems. Also, reviewing paper documents and printing them from a PDF document. Following assignment instructions to make sure that paper documents are properly sorted, coded and delivered to the designated areas. Assist with filing coverage documents, policy updates and making photo copies as needed.
Has strong computer skills including data entry, scanning and uploading documents. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is preferred. Very detail oriented. Strong customer service skills are required. Team oriented.
High School Diploma or GED required.
