RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs user acceptance testing
• Responsible for developing test plans, writing test cases/scripts to meet the specific needs of the project
• Reads and interprets story card requirements
• Executing test plans, test cases/scripts and documenting results
• Follow quality standards, procedures and methodologies.
• Documents in detail and reports all defects followed by retesting once resolved
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, test results and test status

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Five years of UAT testing experience
• P&C Insurance background
• Deep understanding of Guidewire system functionality with 1 to 2 years of experience (emphasis on Policy Center, Billing Center and Account Management)
• Domain knowledge from a user perspective
• Agile testing methodology background
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Self-starter and works independently
• Embraces change and comfortable with ambiguity
• Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing
• Thinks analytically and logically
• Strong organizational skills
