Presale Support Analyst (FL)

Location: Tampa, Florida
This Analyst will prepare medical, dental, and vision rate quotes through company rating systems. They will manage the RFP process, reporting results and meeting submission turnaround times. Additionally, they will be responsible for case-specific sales support processes, interacting with underwriters to coordinate rate quotes, working with brokers to manage flow of proposal packages/quotes, along with client groups in resolving daily issues.

Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure
  • Strong computer-based technical skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Web Navigation)
  • Solid understanding of benefits, including Summary of benefits, Evidence of coverage and other benefit information Experience reading and working with census data
  • Experience working in production environment, with expectations of meeting goals (Ex. Quality/accuracy, turnaround time)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience may substitute in lieu of degree
  • Preferable experience with Salesforce (not a must) and technically savvy with MS Office tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Receive, document and review accurate information within all tracking systems
  • Respond to Salesforce notifications to review information, establish plans, and route through to final states of the process
