Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM for 4-6 weeks
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30AM-7:00PM [not negotiable]
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Contract Length: 06/10/2019 to 09/24/2019 (with possible room for extension and permanent hire based on attendance and performance)

Overview:
  • Assigns client to appropriate staff member or behavioral health network provider for assessment and counseling.
  • Serves as initial contact for clients and their eligible dependents requesting services.
  • Responsible for customer service and relevant standards such as telephone response time.
  • May make referrals within stated limits.
  • Acts as a resource to others on non-routine work.
  • Supports and assists with training for employees.
  • May provide guidance around procedures and workflows.
Skills:
  • Previous customer service experience or related position
  • Superb interpersonal communication
  • Effective listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, setting priorities where needed
  • Independently problem solve, with ability to function without constant supervision
  • A demonstrated ability to type effectively
  • PC skills/word processing experience and ability to learn new computer software systems
  • Ability to learn new workflows and tasks quickly
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player

Education/Requirements:
  • Ability to pass 7-year background check and urine drug screen
  • Experience level: 2-4 years
  • B.S./B.A. in mental health field or psychology/social work-related field required.
  • M.S./M.A. in mental health field or psychology/social work-related field required. (special note: this educational level may be required by some CBH customers as designated specifically within their contracted services).
