(Non-IT) Human Resources - Coordinator Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY: Assists high-volume Recruiting staff with full-cycle recruiting process from posting and sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding. Works with high levels of independence moving a large number of candidates through the hiring process on a tight timeline. Must be comfortable phone screening candidates, and must be highly organized and proficient in Excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interfaces by phone, email, and in person with internal and external applicants throughout the hiring process.
2. Provides administrative support as needed to the recruiting and staffing team both in Gainesville and in other locations.
3. Requests and verifies background investigations and drug testing results
4. Reviews and verifies employment requisitions and job postings.
5. Facilitates on-site interviews and hiring events.
6. Assists with Recruiting events in the local community and nearby college campuses.
7. Provides support for internal transfers/promotions as requested.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate studies in Human Resources or related discipline.

Experience: No experience necessary with an undergraduate degree in HR or related discipline. Experience in Recruiting or HR Coordination preferred.

Skills/Competencies: High proficiency in Excel is required. Sharepoint experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills for frequent contact with all levels of Nationwide leaders and associates. Ability to set work priorities and self-pace to meet multiple deadlines and often competing priorities under limited supervision.
