JOB SUMMARY:
As a Recruiter, you will administer all aspect of the recruitment process for call center positions. You will be responsible for performing internet searching, pre-screening, interviewing and selection of qualified candidates in varying roles. You will work alongside with a Recruiting Coordinator to facilitate pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and onboarding. Some involvement with administering I-9s and New Hire Orientation will be administered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generates leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources.
2. Screens and qualifies candidates to present to the businesses.
3. Maintains recruiting information for compliance purposes.
4. Acts as a front line ambassador for our company in order to promote the organization.
5. Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent.
6. Establishes relationships with front line hiring managers. Consults with businesses to define staffing plans and job requirements


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate studies in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years in a full-cycle Corporate Recruiting function.
