Job Description:
Acts as a technical resource performing a variety of routine and some complex administrative and analysis functions supporting the North America Pharma and Diagnostics Human Resources Shared Services organization including but not limited to benefits, payroll, training, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provides clear, concise, timely, and accurate human resources information to both internal and external customers.
  • Takes full accountability to provide accurate and timely delivery of information and/or transactions for their customers.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all customers including responses to human resources related inquiries regarding company policies, benefit programs, employee services, employment guidelines, performance management processes, and data integrity.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to provide accurate and timely delivery or information
  • Transfers and escalates customer requests to the appropriate resources when necessary

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional customer service and data entry skills are a must
  • Familiarity with Human Resources a plus.
  • Must be comfortable on phone - will be assisting internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
