HR Analyst - Payroll

Description of Work:
• Participate in the data conversion, data cleansing, data validation and testing processes associated with the implementation of Cardinal Health new HR, Payroll and Recruitment systems.
• Build MS Access tables to receive and store data extracted from existing HR and Payroll systems.
• Build MS Access queries and develop Visual Basic for Applications programs which translate and transform the extracted data into the formats required to be loaded into the new HR and Payroll systems (xml and xls).
• Leverage knowledge of PeopleSoft’s table and data structures to transform the extracted information into the correct data structures for the new systems.
• Develop data validation queries and programs which validate the converted data for correctness and completeness.
• Using the previously developed data validation queries and programs, assist with the validation of the data during the conversion processes.
• Develop queries and programs which identify potential data issues prior to conversion so that the data can be corrected prior to extraction or corrected during the conversion process.

Experience: 2-4 Years. Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations.
