Job purpose
The Client Partner is responsible for maintaining and contributing practices for the day-to-day operations for each client account. Assures operational efficiency and effectiveness and excellence in meeting client expectations and service level agreements. Ensure client, candidate, and employee needs are being timely managed and we are 100% compliant with each client's specifications.

Duties and responsibilities
Manages candidate life cycle, as a liaison between the Candidate, the Recruiter and the Sr Client Partner; including processes for candidate feedback, interview coordination, onboarding tasks and start setup.

Acts as operations point of contact for active and former contractors; responds to requests, seeks resolution and tracks communication and follow up; escalates to the correct department when necessary.

Maintains system access, information and organization; following procedures and workflows for internal and external ATS and screening systems. Supports daily client specific objectives; including reporting, research, vendor calls, audits, and various requests.

Serves as the backup point of contact for the Sr Client Partner, assuming all client facing responsibilities as schedules require; maintains seamless and superior level of service.

Working Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role that operates in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
