Conduct research for the world's largest eyewear company, controlling over 80% of the world's major eyewear brands. It also makes sunglasses and prescription frames for a multitude of designer brands whose designs and trademarks are used under license.

Project Manager

Global Marketing & Engagement | Cincinnati, OH
The role will involve project managing 3 key projects. Global Customer giving research and recommendation, United States requirements and documentation, support of Telecommunication Data project data collection. The Project Manager will receive guidance from the Global Marketing and Engagement team on key objectives for each project and deliverables. The Project Manager needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment while paying attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all work.

As the Project Manager, the role requires both tactical and strategic responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Project 1: Global Customer Giving recommendation
    • Gather important information about global point of sale laws from key stakeholders to help form a strategic recommendation on how OneSight moves forward with implementing customer giving through point of sale in retailer in key global markets in Southeast Asia. The Project Manager will gather key information and develop a recommendation in a timely manner.
  • Project 2: United States requirements research and documentation
    • Research state specific vision screening and other state-by-state requirements.
    • Document data collected in organized referable format.
    • Create easily updatable process that can be replicated in the future.
    • Supply references to ensure data integrity and a source to find future updates.
    • Research Optometry requirements for volunteer services. Document states that would allow a doctor to sign off on RX's from outside doctors. (Ex – a clinic in Atlanta, GA we were allowed to send OD's from other states and have a local OD sign off).
    • Research and document rules for fundraising events and contests for the Fundraising team.
  • Project 3: Data collection and de-identification for Telecommunication data project
    • Support Engagement Manager in completing the Telecommunication Data Project. Project Manager will need to compile data from many sources and then do a de-identifying process to ensure that student information is not visible to prepare for hand off to SUNY.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinker with good problem solving skills

  • Able to work within diverse organization
  • Possess excellent writing and speaking skills as well as strong attention to detail
  • Preferred: Excel or Google Doc familiarity
  • Start week of 6/4 or sooner
  • 1-2 month period
  • Open to part time or full time hours
  • Estimate a total of 160 – 200 hours

Pay is $18/hr
