Pay: $19/hr
Location: Remote EST
Hours of Operation: 8:00am - 8:00pm M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm Saturday EST
Shift Assignment: 8 Hours Shifts 5 days/week. Must have Open Availability!

Provide prompt service to the company's customers.

· In this role you will be receiving inbound calls and assisting customers with assigned products questions
· Updating Account information
· Assisting customers with password resets, contribution confirmations, and account balance questions
· Assisting with transactions and taking out loans from their accounts

· This is a position requires excellent phone skills and excellent computer skills
· The employee must have the ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously
· An Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
