Must have Open Availability! Summary: Provide prompt service to the company's customers. Details: · In this role you will be receiving inbound calls and assisting customers with assigned products questions · Updating Account information · Assisting customers with password resets, contribution confirmations, and account balance questions · Assisting with transactions and taking out loans from their accounts Requirements: · This is a position requires excellent phone skills and excellent computer skills · The employee must have the ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously · An Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred | ||||
