Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage paid and evergreen digital marketing campaigns across display, social, email, etc. to drive awareness, consideration, and product adoption
  • Assist with branding and developing of marketing campaigns dedicated to heightened branding awareness, cultivating leads, enhancing partner relationships, and increasing sales efforts.
  • Write and manage content for online social media outlets.
  • Increase online awareness and branding by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Ability to strategize on marketing campaigns and see through inception to press. Must be able to creatively write content and then create a finished product to be sent out for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to head up marketing projects within deadline and budget.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of increased responsibility
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Expert in multiple digital marketing channels, including Facebook Ads, Display, Email, SEM
  • Proficient in various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Page Insights,
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills
  • Experience with Marketo or similar email marketing automation platform
Preferred Qualifications
  • Maintain a deep understanding of website experiences and recommend unique opportunities to leverage content, creative, and technology that may drive or influence execution
  • Strong knowledge of digital design principles, usability and UX principles and branding best practices
  • Proficient in HTML/XML/CSS
  • Expertise with various content management systems (Wordpress, Joomla!, or similar)
  • All around digital media experience: includes running media campaigns on a variety of partners and channels such as programmatic, search, direct media buys and social
  • Have campaign setup and optimization experience in those channels and implement strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal partners and external agencies (creative, media, analytics) to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
  • Lead campaign execution needs across channels and partners including creative and copy asset request, creating tracking tags, cross-functional approvals and feedback, campaign tracking and setup
  • Manage agency partners to deliver on internal requests, reporting and creative requests
  • Manage timeline and calendar of campaign launches with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage testing framework that will be set up to measure creative/copy effectiveness, segmentation and buying strategy.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels.
