As a Key Holder at Seventh Sense you bring enthusiasm and passion for the brand through an authentic customer, team member, and shop experience. You spend time on the sales floor performing all functions relating to the Seventh Sense experience and shop operations.


Customer Experience: Deliver a tailored customer experience through active listening and genuine curiosity to provide expert brand and product recommendations that will make the customer’s day. You will use the Seventh
Sense experience to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives. Ensures every aspect of the
Seventh Sense experience is impeccably executed throughout the shop. Makes quick and consistent decisions in the best interest of the customer that aligns with our brand policies and procedures.
Team Involvement: Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and be ready to contribute to the team as you act as an ambassador for Seventh Sense . Be present in driving your own development and constantly look to grow and elevate your skills and add to a solution-oriented work environment. Creating an inspirational and motivating work environment that also reflects the integrity of the brand. Collaborates with fellow team members to foster teamwork. An active participant in building and supporting the Seventh Sense brand and culture.
Operational Excellence: Builds and maintains the Seventh Sense brand by consistently executing brand standards. Ensures flawless execution of operational policies and procedures, including but not limited processing shipments, markdowns, sales floor replenishment, visual standards, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system for all transactions, and opening/closing the shop. Ensure appropriate steps are taken to protect company assets.





  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently ● Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to resolve conflict and make decisions that support both the brand and customer
  • Can lift up to 30 lbs.; reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
  • Ability to use critical thinking to deliver execution of the shop operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop, including nights and weekends
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
