Tailored Management is seeking a Data Analyst to work onsite at our client's Menlo Park, CA campus on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have:
● 3+ years experience with processes and/or data relevant to corporate real estate, facility operations, or
architecture/design, or proven aptitude to quickly learn new domains;
● Familiarity with basic concepts in statistics & data science, including regression modeling, forecasting,
hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with Workplace Design team to gather and refine requirements and identify ways that analytics can improve decision-making and planning.
● Monitor business needs for reporting, data, and advanced analytics solutions and improvements, and
coordinate with analytics leads to propose comprehensive solutions within the analytics roadmap.
● Evaluate, define, and proactively monitor key metrics for long-term trends and changes.
● Identify opportunities to create, organize and standardize core data sets needed for analytics and
collaborate with the data engineering team to drive these projects to completion.
● Work cross-functionally to build consistency in data definitions and drive data accuracy by monitoring
changes to data, investigating data inaccuracies, and proposing scalable fixes as needed.
● Follow analytics best practices within the FCS Business Insights team in areas such as requirements
gathering, solution design, data validation, and documentation.

Skills:
● Ability to formulate metrics and distill complex analyses into concise findings and recommendations
● Strong understanding of data visualization design and visualization best practices.
● Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Shiny.
● Proficiency in using SQL-based languages to extract and manipulate data to build datasets for analysis

Education: 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
