JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Manager you will lead and model enthusiasm and passion for the brand through an authentic customer, team member, and shop experience. Your leadership, energy and willingness to make quick decisions will inspire every team member to deliver a meaningful customer experience that translates into sales.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Deliver a tailored customer experience through active listening and genuine curiosity to provide expert brand and product recommendations that will make the customer's day. Utilize the experience to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives. You are an on-the-floor leader that will drive sales by continually identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals that keeps the customer at the forefront of all interactions. You will create a genuine connection within the store team that enables coaching and development of the team to ensure consistent and flawless execution of the experience.
Team Involvement: Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and be ready to contribute to the team as you act as an ambassador. Be present in driving your own development and constantly look to grow and elevate your skills and add to a solution-oriented work environment. Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that also reflects the integrity of the brand. You will identify staffing needs and retain talent through a development-focused environment. Develop strategic succession plans with your District Manager for all team members. Continuously network to find new talent using sourcing and recruiting tools.
Ensure all team members are trained using the Seventh Sense onboarding tools to support flawless execution of the experience.
Operational Excellence: Builds and maintains the  brand by consistently executing brand
standards. Ensures flawless execution of operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to, team member scheduling and accountability of time and attendance, processing shipments, markdowns, replenishment, visual standards, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system for all transactions, and opening/closing the shop. Ensure appropriate steps are taken to protect company assets. Continuously coach and develop the team to ensure retail excellence is achieved.
Qualifications:
Required:
● Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
● Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers
and other team members, engaging in an authentic way
● Able to resolve conflict and make decisions that support both the
brand and customer
● Ability to use critical thinking to deliver execution of the shop
operations
● Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop,
including nights and weekends
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● Can lift to 30 lbs.; reasonable accommodations will be made for any
employee when necessary
Preferred:
● Previous managerial experience (2+ years)
● Experience in customer service
● Experience working in a team environment
● Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
