Title: Administrative Coordinator I
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Remote until further notice)
Duration: Project through 12/2020 with the opportunity for an extension!

Duties:
  • Manage and support strategic, operational and program initiatives
  • Support processes that facilitate internal communications and knowledge management across the team
  • Manage and provide support on legal projects that require coordination and consultation with cross-functional and international teams
  • Set and manage project deadlines, deliverables, and meetings to ensure timely completion of all projects
  • Support roll out of and training on new systems, processes and programs designed to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and development across the team
  • Engagement with key law enforcement partners - Conduct targeted outreach to law enforcement at the request of our internal XFN partners or in response to an adhoc law enforcement request
  • Provide strategic training to over virtual connection to law enforcement audiences

Skills:
  • Prior background working with law enforcement or a the law enforcement community
  • Fluent in Spanish desired
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Excellent communication skills via all means of communication including telephone, email, written correspondence and in person
  • Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, update team resources, etc.
  • Work to improve cross-functional relationships with internal teams
  • Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Communicate daily with internal partners and externally with law enforcement contacts, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
  • Track, prioritize, and assign all incoming written and oral communications, as necessary, to appropriate team member for response
  • BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Languages: English( Speak, Read, Write )
  • Spanish( Speak, Read, Write )
