  • Manage cross-functional security projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas (critical infrastructure security, physical security, security systems, etc.).
  • Develop and manage end‑to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Provide day‑to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and handoffs effectively and optimize schedules accordingly.
  • Interface with Engineering, Facilities, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, software engineers and business owners for project requirements and scope.

  • Experience with risk management frameworks, policy development, security controls, and information security best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders; demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear ability to focus under pressure.
  • Be independent and thorough in examination and analysis, alongside results oriented. Ability to drive projects end-to-end independently.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3 years of project management experience in security, audit, compliance, infrastructure, or risk management.
  • Knowledge of compute, storage or networking technologies.
  • Experience in large scale program management, change management, policy, and strategic communication.
