Duration: 07/13/2020 through  01/31/2021 with opportunity for conversion! 
Schedule: The training consists of two parts. Each part is approximately four weeks long. Hours during training are 8:30am-5:00pm. After all of the training is completed, the hours for this position will be 10:30am-7:00pm.
Location: this position is temporarily work from home due to COVID 19. Candidates must be local to the 11095 Viking Dr Eden Prairie, MN location

Job Description:
This is a non-clinical customer service position within an inbound call center located at Client's National Care Center for Behavioral Health. The Provider Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for handling inbound calls from providers and their support staff regarding mental health and substance use disorder services.
  • Communicate eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements to providers for their customers who have Client coverage.
  • Interpret claims information and billing procedures, and assist the provider with any claim processing issues.
  • Provide follow-up on incoming inquiries via FAX, phone, mail, and email.
  • Problem-solve to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Stay abreast of department updates to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive image to external customers.
  • Candidate must possess superb interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective listening and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Intuitive technical capabilities with the ability to quickly understand and apply working knowledge on several proprietary systems.
  • Ability to type effectively and have strong PC skills.
  • Candidates must be comfortable starting the position remotely and then moving onsite when requested - No exceptions
  • Candidates must have reliable high speed internet connection at home - this will NOT be provided
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Training:
The training for this position consists of two parts – Eligibility and Benefits Training, and Claim Training. Contractors will be trained on part 1 (Eligibility and Benefits) and begin taking calls pertaining to that skills set. Management will assess readiness for part 2 of training (Claim) based on performance of the individual and business need.
After training is completed, the hours for this position will be 10:30am-7:00pm. Hours may vary based on business need.

Attendance Policy:
Maintaining good attendance is important for all contractors and is particularly important for those newly hired to the assignment. The Corrective Action process for a contractor who incurs an unscheduled or unapproved absence or event in his/her first 90 days of assignment is outlined below.
  • 1st unapproved absence or event will result in a Verbal Counseling.
  • 2nd unapproved absence or event will result in a First Notice.
  • 3rd unapproved absence or event will result in a Final Notice.
  • 4th unapproved absence or event will result in termination.
