Inbound Call Center Administrative Support


Responsibilities:
• Work during the hours of 8:30am-5pm
• Strong sense of urgency. Completion focused. Efficient manner of working.
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of doing repetitive, detailed work with high accuracy
• Take ownership for completing work assigned
• Work independently
• Following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity
• Provides phone, fax, copy, scan and related help as needed
• Files correspondence and other records
• Organizes and updates spreadsheets and databases
Qualifications:
• Basic reading and math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good Time Management Skills
• Ability to learn *** specific systems
• Must be highly organized and have ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
• Must be detailed oriented and have high quality standards for work produced.
• proficient on the PC using Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word and Excel
• Previous experience working in an organization helpful
• Effective telephone and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:
Ability to work 40 hours per week, evening and some weekend hours included. *Attendance is critical*
