Project Manager II

Summary
The P&OD Project Manager is responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of People & OD programs and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities: 
  • Project manage P&OD projects so they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure fit for purpose use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. agile, scrum, design thinking)
  • Develop and use project plans to coordinate team, track and report progress
  • Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Analyze business, process and systems performance, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior management regarding progress, issues and plans for resolution
  • Contribute to projects by doing research (internal and external) around existing practices and content/programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Education and Qualifications:
  • BS/BA
  • Minimum 7 years of related analytical and business experience working in a global, matrix environment
  • 3+ years managing organizational projects and programs
  • 2+ years in Learning & Development, marketing, human resources, organization development or other related field
  • Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Experience with Design Thinking
  • Experience with implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools and practices for project management, stakeholder management and results tracking
  • Experience with sourcing, vetting and managing vendors
