Hours: Our call center is open 7:00AM to 12:00AM CST Monday through Friday and 9a to 5p CST on the weekends.
Scheduling: Shifts will be between these times. Candidates availability will be asked during the interview time period. Weekends are based on a rotating schedule, but will increase during AEP Season
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/hour paid every Friday

Duties:
  • Assist internal customer service agents with point of sale questions from pharmacies
  • Provide overrides when medications aren’t paying correctly
  • Help customer service agents understand coverage determination approvals/denials
  • Give coverage determination status to agents who don’t have access to the system
  • Start coverage determinations for customers as needed
  • Perform test claims and help customer service agents understand benefit information
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Work independently and with the team with minimal oversight and supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with many different personalities and styles
  • Capable of explaining complex issues in a concise manner
  • Detail oriented
  • Prefer candidates who previously/currently work in a retail setting but not mandatory
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
  • Ability to pass 7-year county background check and urine drug screen
