Tailored Management is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work under the general direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing interview scheduling, candidate lead generation initiatives, applicant tracking, and interview-related correspondence. The position will ensure that our client's recruiting efforts are expedited and recruiting processes are efficient.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Arrange phone and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers and their teams. Provide resolution to scheduling conflicts and ensure candidates have a smooth, efficient experience
• Enter background checks into our third-party web-based system; must be proactive in contacting candidates directly to ensure the information on their application is correct; Following up on background check issues that arise
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external teams to identify effective opportunities to deliver information to candidates, build Conversant recruitment brand and provide administrational support to recruiters
• Thought leader and innovation driver for new ways to use data to understand hiring process, bottle necks, data leakage and overall best practices to engage top talent internally and externally
• Recommend improvements to current best practices, processes and tools where applicable
• Assistance with third party and 1099 vendor setup as needed
• New hire onboarding
• Coordinate candidate travel through our online reservation system.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams
• Perform additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and an aptitude for creating efficiencies

• Ability to handle confidential recruitment and personnel documents
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a very fast paced environment
• Must have high energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Prior experience with an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking system preferred; aptitude for learning new online technology/systems a must
• Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills & teamwork/ collaboration
• Ability to organize, prioritize work and multi-task

• 3+ years' experience in a Recruiting or HR Coordinator role is desired
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PPT
• Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred, but not required
• Experience with Taleo is ideal, and experience with an ATS is strongly preferred
