Monday – Friday
Candidate must be flexible to work 6 am – 2:30 pm or 7 – 3:30 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor Degree preferred, one year experience in related field preferred, must be able to lift 25 pounds and push and pull up to 50 pounds, must demonstrate basic computer skills, must be able to effectively communicate with the individuals served and work productively in teams, must embrace the philosophy of the FCBDD and positive behavior support culture

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Franklin
County Board DD 8-hour annual required training, must hold valid client or equivalent cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR and First Aid Certification, valid Ohio Driver's license – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, must complete and pass defensive driving course, must meet board insurance standards

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIES
50 - 65% Provide individualized training/instruction to consumers in a variety of settings including community-based sites emphasizing career exploration, community integration, vocational and social skills development, direct a group of consumers in organized activities, oversee quality and quantity of paid work and services, build working relationships with the individuals served by the agency, follow the established individual plan, operate county vehicles to transport persons served, be aware of the needs of the individuals and advocate

10 - 15%
Assist consumers with personal care needs such as, but not limited to, restrooms and dining assistance

5 – 15% Use the ARC Information Management System AIMS to maintain records and prepare reports as required, attend and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, assist in the development of Individual Service Plans and in the establishment of Adult Services Individual Plans, provide accurate data tracking and documentation

5 – 10% Maintain environment free of health and safety hazards, obtain necessary materials and supplies for training

2 – 7% Assist individuals entering or exiting vehicles

2 – 7% Attend and participate in staff meetings, read professional literature and attend seminars, academic classes or workshops to enhance professional knowledge, will maintain the proper certification/registration as required, will complete yearly trainings
