Our client, a Fortune 100 Insurance company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This candidate will be researching and analyzing basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization. As well as writing requirements and making recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. This will be within the eBusiness Deapartment where they create online servicing product requirements and tenant variance requirements on the core product.

Write requirements and create process flows
Enter into blueprint requirements tool
Align traceability of requirements to other artifacts
Verify differences between core solution and any tenant variations
Be able to identify business/operational need for variances

3+ years of experience successfully executing on projects including eliciting and writing business requirements
3-5 years of direct experience in the insurance and financial industry writing clear and concise business requirements, particularly in the employee benefits area
Skilled in using Microsoft Office

Experience with Blueprint a plus

Candidate should bring writing samples to interview
