Job Description:
This position involves reviewing call center referrals, excel spreadsheets, paper forms, and online reference resources to determine what effective date should be used to cancel Dependent Life Insurance and then making the proper updates in Client's recordkeeping system. Skills required include:

• Dependable – Work Monday through Friday
• Ability to work overtime during week or possibly Saturday
• PC Knowledge required (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Strong data entry skills required
• Work with confidential files
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with people in stressful situations
• Analytical ability and good judgment
• Works collaboratively with others, shares best practices, and assists teammates with work
• Takes personal accountability for follow through on customer commitments
• Maintain production and quality standards
